Our Mission
The mission of CJGS is to support internal teams by managing projects and programs to deliver impressive results. We work with cross-functional teams and vendors for marketing, digital/content and human resources initiatives on a short and long-term basis.
How We Work:
We are high-touch communicators with an agile approach to project planning and management. While we rely on trackers, tools and timelines, our key role is to bring positive emotional intelligence and adept resource allocation to the team. We believe that every project has a soul - created by the members of the team and stakeholders - and a vital part of our job is to keep that soul from getting crushed.
